Before you buy

How long does it actually stay hot or cold?

It depends on the product, and we publish the real figure on each page rather than one flattering number for everything. Mimo Max holds 16 hours cold and 12 hot. Mimo Cruiser does 12 either way. Mimo Mini, being small, does 8 to 10.

Do you ship everywhere in India?

Anywhere a courier serves, and shipping is free on every order with no minimum. We are prepaid only at the moment, so you can pay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. Orders leave us within 1 to 3 business days.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

We replace it free. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs. Manufacturing defects carry a 7 day window. Full detail is in our Refund and Replacement Policy.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

No, and we would rather say that plainly here than bury it in a policy page. It is why our product pages are unusually blunt about what each thing is and is not. If you are unsure which to pick, write to us first and we will tell you.
